Cellular Stress & Resilience Panel 2: Allergy & Immune Reactivity
Panel 2 is a LabCorp-based allergy and immune-reactivity panel. It is designed to evaluate whether allergic inflammation, environmental allergy burden, eosinophil elevation, or immune activation may be contributing to symptoms.
This panel is especially useful when a patient has allergies, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, eczema, asthma-type symptoms, congestion, food reactions, elevated eosinophils, environmental sensitivity, possible mold exposure, sleep disruption, attention issues, irritability, fatigue, or inflammatory symptoms.

- High-sensitivity CRP — 120766
- ESR / sedimentation rate — 005215
Selected food IgE testing -when food reactions, eczema, gut symptoms, or diet-related symptom changes are present.
What this panel does
- Panel 2 helps determine whether allergy or immune activation is adding to the patient’s total stress burden. Allergic inflammation can increase oxidative stress, worsen sleep, affect mood and behavior, aggravate attention problems, increase sensory reactivity, and make it harder for the body to respond to nutrient therapy.
- CBC with differential is included because eosinophils are often one of the clearest blood clues for allergic inflammation. Elevated eosinophils can be seen with environmental allergies, asthma-type inflammation, eczema, food reactivity, parasite/gut immune burden, or other allergic/immune activation patterns.
- Total IgE helps estimate overall allergic tendency. The regional respiratory/environmental IgE panel helps identify common inhaled triggers such as grasses, trees, weeds, dust mites, pets, molds, and other regional allergens.
- hs-CRP and ESR are included because allergy and immune activation often overlap with systemic inflammation. These markers help determine whether inflammatory burden is present and whether it improves over time.
Why this matters
Allergic inflammation can place stress on the nervous system, immune system, gut, mitochondria, and antioxidant defenses. In children, this may contribute to hyperactivity, irritability, poor sleep, sensory reactivity, speech or developmental stress, congestion, eczema, or difficulty with focus. In adults, it may contribute to fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, anxiety, inflammation, and poor recovery.
When eosinophils or IgE markers are elevated, the treatment plan may need to address allergy burden, environmental triggers, food reactivity, gut health, immune balance, and antioxidant support rather than focusing only on minerals or methylation.
