Choose the Right Questionnaire
Select the questionnaire that best fits the patient and the main clinical question. The standard biotype questionnaire is most useful when the patient can describe long-standing mood, anxiety, focus, sleep, behavior, and stress-tolerance symptoms. Younger children usually do better with the pediatric neurodevelopment questionnaire.

Scores are not created by simply counting checked boxes. WalshDoc weights questions using the Walsh Approach framework, SOP pattern-frequency review from more than 1,000 prior questionnaire responses, and lab-confirmed pattern analysis from Second Opinion Physician.
