This 15-minute consultation is for patients or prospective patients who need a brief, focused phone call with Dr. Epstein.

This option may be appropriate for simple questions, clarification about available services, help deciding which assessment or lab option is most appropriate, or a short discussion about whether the Walsh Approach or functional medicine assessment process may be a reasonable fit.

This is not a full consultation, full lab review, written assessment, or personalized supplement plan. A 15-minute call is intended for focused discussion only.

What This Call May Be Used For

This short consultation may be used to ask focused questions about the assessment process, lab testing options, follow-up choices, prior recommendations, or whether a more complete review may be appropriate.

It may also be useful for patients who are unsure whether to order a full consultation, a follow-up lab review, a methylation review, or a more comprehensive functional medicine assessment.

What This Call Does Not Include

This call does not include a written report, detailed review of multiple labs, full interpretation of a questionnaire, diagnosis, crisis care, emergency advice, or a complete supplement or treatment plan.

If a detailed review of labs, symptoms, history, or supplement recommendations is needed, one of the full assessment or follow-up consultation options should be selected instead.

Time Limit

This consultation is limited to 15 minutes. Because of the short time frame, the call should focus on one main concern or a small number of closely related questions.

If the issue requires more time, additional lab review, written recommendations, or a broader assessment, Dr. Epstein may recommend a more complete consultation option.
